This hotel is in a great location, very near to popular tourist sites and within walking distance of several attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. They were clean, comfortable, and provided all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were ok, nothing needing improvement.

The hotel was situated near the dutch square bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. It was a pleasant stay. Only a 10-minute stroll was needed to get to christ church.

The room was clean and friendly. The staff was very helpful (eg. calling taxi, best ways to get somewhere, find a massage place, etc..).
The walls were too thin, so all voices from corridor and other rooms came in, and it is not nice, that I could not sleep late in the morning :( The wi-fi internet was a bit slow in our room :( Breakfast was for locals, not continental, although it was very delicious.

Friendly front reception who is most willingly to provide information for directions or places to visit. Always with a smiling face.
Breakfast spread could have been better. Drinks are too diluted.

I have been a regular guest at this hotel whenever I visit this vibrant town, and I must say my stays have always been enjoyable. The friendly front desk staff make you feel welcome right from the start. The recently renovated rooms are a breath of fresh air, with their cleanliness and fresh-smelling carpets. The hotel's location straight down the road to the historical centre is perfect for exploring the tourist attractions in Old Town. The basic amenities provided, including free WiFi on the mezzanine level and rooms with the standard basics, ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast served, though not included, offers a good start to the day.
The hotel could improve on the sound insulation; however, all was fine.
